I provide coaching in the field of somatic sexology, focusing on a holistic system that blends an integrative Eastern and Western approach.
 My curriculum, Sexological Bodywork® is a body-based educational modality that supports individuals, couples, and groups to embrace their human condition of who they are, so they can deepen their erotic development and wellbeing.
 
  In somatic work, we are supported to turn our focus inward to the sensations we experience in our bodies, including information from our tissues, stored emotions, and even the stories held in our nervous system. Tuning into our senses can only provide new experiences allowing us express what has been compressed. 
 
 My aim is to help clients use their own anatomy as a path to self-discovery. Nobody can uplift you other than yourself and "Self-work" is central, I guide clients in realizing that the body holds the innate wisdom and by blending intuition with informed decision-making, clients can unlock their potential for healing.
 
 A person might seek my support to help address specific challenges including a lack of access to pleasure, a diminished experience of desire and joy, or a longing to have greater access to the nourishing aspects of a partner’s touch. Any issue of and relating to our capacity to experience the full range of our human erotic embodiment is within the purview of a Certified Sexological Bodyworker. Sexual health, erotic education, and pleasure are not only basic human rights, but basic human requirements for wellbeing.  The experience of erotic education can include radial shifts in personal relationships, family dynamics and lifestyle changes.
